Armoured Cables
Armoured cables are manufactured in both metallic and dielectric constructions. Depending on applications, cables are designed in both unitube and multitube constructions. Corrugated steel tape and steel wires are offered for metallic armouring while FRP and glass yarns are offered for dielectric armouring. Cables are customized to meet high tensile performance and crush resistance as per desired field conditions.

1) Glass Yarn Armoured
Upgraded version of a underground duct cable where glass yarn dielectric armouring is used for unitube and multitube constructions that enhances rodent protection.
2) FRP Armoured
Robust FRP armouring is provided over the core that makes the cable rodent proof and enables the usage of these cables for both underground direct burial and ADSS applications.
3) Steel tape Armoured
Corrugated steel tape armouring, provided in both unitube and multitube constructions for single and double sheath cables, enhances the crush resistance and tensile performance. Widely used for direct burial application.
4) Steel Wire Armoured
Metallic steel wire armouring over the core provides robustness in terms of high tensile performance and crush resistance and makes it suitable for machine pulling during installation.
5) Spiral Armoured
Tight buffered fibers are protected with spiral armouring that enables these cables to have low diameters with super flexibility and suitable for riser application for telecom towers.
6) Ribbon Armoured
Based on customer requirements, high fiber counts above 96F are also offered in ribbon construction that saves time and efforts by splicing all fibers in the ribbon in a single go, instead of individually splicing the fibers.
Unarmoured Cables
Unarmoured cables are widely used in underground ducts. Cables are designed for the duct pulling or duct Blowing. Cables designs are customized on the basis of customer specifications, cable duct ratio and mechanical performance requirements to meet the desired application.

1) Duct Loose Tube
Loose fibers in jelly-filled tubes ranging from 2F-432F are offered in both unitube and multitube construction that makes the cable suitable for both blowing and manual pulling applications.
2) Duct Ribbon
High fiber counts ranging from 96-1152F are offered in 6/8/12F ribbons that saves time and efforts by splicing all fibers in the ribbon in a single go, instead of individually splicing the fibers.
